the song’s about a girl who can’t forget her ex-boyfriend. they meet again and she describes her feelings, how much it hurts to see him. “i feel all my hope breaking on your words (…) my oldest scar starts to bleed again. i want to get out of here, but i don’t know how. it hurts again. the desire i can’t take, it feels like the first day. it hurts again”
so pretty much all the feelings bella has ;]

i think, if you don’t know what the meaning of the text is, you can look it up online. it’s probably already translated. i understand the text, because I’m german. i think its quite good and it really matches the movie :)

Jennifer Rostock isn’t a popstar. It’s a band. It’s not a solo female artist. It’s a band from Berlin. And they’re not a Pop-Band. Their debut album “Ins offene Messer” was influenced by the sound of the 80’s in Germany. That means New Wave Electro Punk Rock. Their current record “Der Film” (“The film”) is very different than their first record was, because you can’t barely describe which kinds of music-genres it consits of. The song “Es tut wieder weh” (“It hurts again”) is basically about a girl who wants to get over her previous relationship, but she just can’t deny that she can’t forget her ex-boyfriend. When she thinks that she is over it she meets him again and realizes that she’s not over it at all and that there’s still desire but it seems to her that the pain is about to eat her up inside. All over the past years she had pretend that she was okay, but nobody wanted to believe her “little white lies”. In the bridge is described that on the one hand it was good to split up but on the other hand that it hurts that this guy ignores her.
