A singer I have loved since the first time I heard her, made it to the soundtrack! And her, Lykke Li’s, song “Possibility” is my favourite track on the album and it goes so well with one of the strongest scenes in New Moon. I think the 3 month trance scene is well captured and that’s truly wonderful, since one of my favourite parts in the book really was the one word chapters. So much was said on these almost blank pages and the essence of it is in the movie as well!
“Friends” Band of Skulls- in the beginning, after Bella takes a photo of her friends in the school parking lot and the Cullens ride up, Bella turns in anticipation as Edward walks toward her with this song playing in the background.

Definity Possibly. This soundtrack is great. In my opinion it’s the best track on the album. It show when Bella had depression because Edward had left her.
i like when they play Lykke Li – “Possibility” when Bella was in her room in the chair staring out the window loved it !! it fit so right!
I absolutely loved the Thom Yorke song, Hearing Damage, where Victoria is being pursued by the wolves through the woods. I sat in the cinema watching it with my jaw hanging open like a complete moron because it was so gob smackingly awesome!
Equally loved Lykke Li’s Possibility where Bella is sitting in her room as the months go by, it really made that scene.
I fell in love with the song “Possibility” and the way they place that song in the movie. I never imagined those 3 months be like that while Bella was sitting in front of the window and looking out there while the camera was circling around her. It was one of the parts that I liked from the rest of the movie. It was very well made and I believe it just simply ROCKS!

I loved “Hearing Damage”, seriously best use of a song, that whole scene was amazing. Also, “Roslyn” scene got me to tear more than the actual breakup scene, I definitely think that the breakup scene should’ve been silent, or maybe a quieter song like that. Also, “Slow Life” was at a PERFECT part, I only wish the movie could’ve gotten more use from that amazing song, maybe played longer.

There was another song, only available to those who pre-ordered the soundtrack on iTunes. After it was released, it was removed. Luckily, I pre-ordered it. It is called “Wandrers Nachtlied II, Op.96, No. 3, D. 768″ by Ulf Bastlien (with two dots over the a). I don’t know if anyone can find it to hear it, maybe on playlist.com, but I’d like to know where it goes!
Anya Marina’s song “Satellite Heart” was playing when Edward and Bella were in his car after the birthday party at the Cullen’s.

Where does ‘Meet Me On the Equinox’ go in the movie……..I cannot find it anywhere
I coudn’t find it either. May only in the end of credits just like Decode was on “Twilight”. This soundtrack really surprised me! The scene with Lykke Li is amazingly strong and most of it beacouse of the song! Another great use was of “Hearing Damage”, really pointed the turn the story had in that moment! I’m adicted to those songs! Just Great
The scene that made me wonder was when Bela finds Edward, among others, but I loved the whole movie! Amu all this “Twilight”!
My favourite scene was Victoria running through the woods in slow motion being followed by the wolves. The pictures were just perfectly connected with “hearing damage” by Thom Yorke. Watching this on the Big Screen almost kicked me off my seat. I loved it!

THOM YORKE’S HEARING DAMAGE!!! good god!! the entire scene was amazing! the song nailed it down to a T as well. the songs completes it, just like Supermassive Black Hole completed the baseball scene in Twilight. the second thing i liked the most about the movie was the use of the soundtrack. and soundtrack itself. but gahhhhhhh it was just awesome. Monters was also used cleverly for when Edward walks into the parking lot- SO hot. and lastly, Possibility. 2nd favorite scene. AMAZING

Very different album to Twilight. Such great music that I’ve never had the pleasure to listen to before.
‘Possibility’ fits incredibly well in the ‘passing months’ scene and makes it all the more emotional.
I absoloutely love Thom Yorkes Hearing Damage where Victoria is evading the wolves, amazing song and a very strong, beautiful scene.
‘Slow Life’ is the perfect song for the drowning scene…

I like all of the songs. The one i like the most is slow life. It just fits the scene. The scene is when Bella jumps into the ocean and Edward appears.
